It’s time we discussed a side of travel that you won’t see on Instagram, or in travel brochures, and that’s the addiction of travel. Knowing the cons of long term travel and how it affects your relationships both abroad, and at home, is crucial but few talk or acknowledge it; just as how coming home is not all it’s cracked up to be. Thankfully, and most importantly, small changes can make a big difference when suffering post trip depression.

Having spent the better part of 20 years travelling and living overseas, I can finally admit, that travel is an addiction. Hear some tips for appeasing the desire to travel to save your bank account, your relationships and your sanity.
