Alaska, home to wild orcas, seemingly endless wilderness, and probably the only place where a solo male traveller would get picked up hitchhiking, by a 16 year old girl, playing Christian death-metal music. In this episode of Jade Talks Travel hear why hitchhiking might be your only option in some places in Alaska to travel around, and why sometimes in remote and inaccessible destinations, it’s probably a good idea to have a plan, which is not my usual style of travel.
