Some airlines might be reducing their capacity but others are instead offering discounted Business Class flight tickets!
China Airlines (based in Taiwan, not mainland China) currently has Business Class flights from Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane to Amsterdam starting from $3758 return!
Business Class Sale Fares with China Airlines are valid for departures from now until 20 December 2020 and 25 December 2020 to 20 February 20201.
Plus some combinations allow you to fly Qantas Business Class from Australia to Taipei!
The prices may be cheap, but the offering is not. China Airlines Business Class service includes:

Start your vacation from the moment you arrive at the airport. China Airlines includes access to the Sky Team Lounge at Sydney Airport (or equivalent partner lounge at other airports) for Business Class passengers, plus priority security and immigration pass.
Plus the long haul flight from Asia to Europe, departs Taipei around midnight and arrives in Amsterdam just before 8am so you’re more likely to arrive refreshed and jet lag free with a lie-flat business class bed.
Whilst some flight connections in Taipei are long, you do have access to the Business Class lounge whilst in transit. Otherwise, book a stay at the Novotel Taipei which is next door to the airport.
